Context

In collaboration with ZHAW, we developed a research-based virtual reality learning platform. The target group are social work students who practise interviews with parents in complex family situations. The immersive environment enables learners to navigate challenging conversations and make informed assessments.

My Role

Designed service prototype focusing on information architecture and user navigation flows

Led user testing sessions with social work students to validate design decisions

Developed service maps and blueprints using design thinking methodology

Facilitated ideation workshops and created journey maps, personas, and lo-fi prototypes
